Awesome, thanks for sharing.  I would love to build a race car but couldn't put enough time into it for wrenching or driving. So jealous (in a good way!)

Carbs: They're necessary and barely controlled fuel leaks that sometimes match the air passing through them.

Understood. Racing has kept me from having a nice street 02 for years ... finally about to fix that. -KB

Great video Ken.  You and Seve Walker are going to have to have a "video-off" <dance-off/Zoolander>  Looks like you were all having a lot of fun.  Cheers.

Yep, plenty of fun. In that video were 5 of 'my' cars (4 built, plus another one I care for), a solid weekend where everything went smoothly. On Sunday, I had the fun of watching one of the drivers take first in class with a new race engine. -KB

I need to get out to Willow Springs and watch a race. Its been 10 years.

The next one is in September. It can be over a 100 degrees there. Yikes.

Usually, it's not the heat at Willow Springs (we don't race the summer months), but the wind can be challenging.

Run groups of 25-30 vintage sedans (2002's / 510's and Alfa's) are becoming the norm at VARA events. -KB
