What part is this?

I assume it's part of steering system but can't find this on catalogues. My steering assembly was done by po and I can't find this part being installed. This is a RHD car.

Yeah I bought some mint condition used parts from a uk forum member and saw this shiny pice in his touring spare parts and asked him to add it to my shipping box, didn't know what it was! lol

Just like crows collecting shiny parts [emoji1]
