hopefully much easier topic than figuring out best carburation set up.

in everyones opinion is a 1 piece carpet  or the multi carpet kit by esty's the way to go?

Esty's. Many have said installing the one piece carpet is a royal PITA.

Loose: Not tightly bound. Subject to motion.
Lose: What happens when you are spell check dependent.

 

1975 Malaga. It is rusty and  springs an occasional leak.  Just like me.

Yep, the molded set for '74-'76 are a bit harder to fit the floor contours without using some steam, and the sets I've seen are not made from quality materials.  The earlier multi-piece set works in all cars.
