Any recommendaions on where to get a new drivers floor pan? Curious if anyone ordered any before, where from, and price. Thanks!!

I'm guessing you didn't do a search on a search string such as "replacement floor"?  This is a very common problem and, hence, a very common discussion point....

WallothNesch.    Flat 45 euro shipping charge, so make your order count.  I got the RF floor pan among other body parts.  The floor pans have the factory form, but are of slightly heavier gauge metal, which is a good thing.  No drain holes, but I cut mine to make it look like factory.   Remove the paint from them, it is just a cheap lacquer and wipes off with lacquer thinner.

Nope I searched Floor pans and didn't see any threads on many recommendations. Plus things change over time so who knows what could be different from the last post.

My neighbor surmised the finish is weld-through primer. He could be wrong tho.

In any event we welded through it!

We can't see the nicely repaired floor in that pic.  We need one before carpet :)

The Great Google in the Cloud doesn't readily reveal his omniscience when presented with an off- the-mark query.  Conserv''s recommended string however does extract the following gem:  https://www.bmw2002faq.com/forums/topic/183885-best-replacement-floor-pan-supplier/

The Restoration Design pans are W&N. I ordered pans from them. They'll need some trimming depending on how much and where you cut. Nice fit.

I also got front fenders. Perfectly fine product.

Yep, they are a nice fit.

Unless your car was originally an automatic.

And then a bit more trimming is required!

But still a nice fit.

:D

Cheers,

Ray
