HELLO FROM TURKEY

Hello Everybody,

 

I am welcome this beautiful and special group. I have 1967 bmw 1600 with VIN no: 1510977.  My BMW 1600 VIN 1510977 was manufactured on December 02nd, 1966 and delivered on December 09th, 1966 to Turkey. The original colour was Chamonix, paint code 085. (Now is purple-gray...:) I am third owner now.

shame the original dash has gone, but that smooth valve cover is quite a rarity these days.

2002s seem to pull off the dual colour thing well, better than most cars IMO. Nice one Alp.

I like the purple theme.  How did the previous owner color the grilles and the wheels purple???

Thank you all... Purple/gray is different but everyone likes it... I have original dash but it looks terrible. Thank you again for your comments. I can send the photos what ıve got for spare parts...

Welcome to the forum, Alp!

Previous owner is a academician of the department of industrial design. He painted grilles, wheels and all other parts...
