Rear Bumper part for early '71 2002

Apparently I need two of part number  51-12-5-470-065 | BASE  to install my rear bumper.  These are about $30 each.  I might even have them if I knew what they looked like but I cannot find a picture (or description)  anywhere . . .

 

This bumper is a plain one with short ends and overriders.

 

I've just added a pic of what I have in my big box of random parts. Are these the right part.

That goes in the center bumper section behind the main bumper holes as a brace. You can just see it in this picture:

There is another bracket that is used to attach the bumper directly to the car body that is almost L shaped if you can see it here. 
The '71 has a closer mounting position thanks to this bracket, others have a loop that places the bumper further out.

To align the bumper ends, loosely install the mounting bolts and then carefully slide the bumper slots over the bolts into position.  Then tighten after the entire bumper is mounted.  I put a sock over the ends to prevent scratching the body. Using two people to position the bumper make it a lot easier.
