Refurbishment of Beltline Trim?

Does anyone know of a place that can refurbish the aluminum beltline trim on the front of the hood?  Mine's the earlier dimpled trim and I'd like to keep it, but it's a tad dented up and pitted.  If anyone's had any luck with getting these shined-up and straight again, either by outsourcing or DIY, I'd love to hear about it =)

I have the same original trim as well. Definitely a nice touch if you can save it.

Fyi. The inset part is actually painted black. From your pic it looks like the paint has worn off.

Yes, it has worn quite badly.  I'm hoping I can get the whole piece straightened and polished up before re-painting, though.
