Tow Loop and Nose

Curious...  For those of you who have been or might be towed one day...

If my '02 is pulled by its front tow loop upwards onto a flat bed, is there sufficient space between (i) the bottom edge of the nose, i.e., the edge of the original tiny "spoiler" or "dam" and (ii) the tow rope (being pulled forward and upward 25? 30? degrees)?  On my car it looks as if the tow "rope" could impinge onto and bend that metal edge.  OR should I tell the tower (a word?) to use some technique or other part of the undercarriage/subframe?

I suppose another way to ask this is, when the tow guy shows up, what should I demand, look for, request, or be aware of to prevent damage to my car.  I know to use a flatbed.

My search on this site resulted in helpful comments on a similar situation but with the large aftermarket dams.  My question is re: the plain old boring original nose.

You'll just have to keep a close eye on it, with a roll back truck push the front tires against the ramp and check the angle it should pull pretty flat from there but no way to tell for sure with out being on seen.

I think most of the broken front loops crack and fall off due to repeatedly running into parking dividers and/or curbs and they crack at the weld to the subframe ether way look at them closely before use.
