Audiovox. An identical one was installed by the dealer in my '02 (a pre-Modell-71 sold about April of 1971), in a sheet-metal faceplate incorporating a single 4X6 speaker below in an oval opening with a separate perforated-metal grille. Mine is a model C-505.

That's my assumption. Mine quit tuning properly a few years ago, so I pulled the whole assembly, cut a new faceplate from plywood and mounted up a cheapo Kraco dual-shaft stereo (with weather band!) feeding one box speaker in the bowels of the console. It also has the stylized "IC" on the face. It may also stand for "I see (but I can't hear)"--it is equally useless as the original while the car is in motion, but it looks period-correct.

 

Incidentally, I discovered the tuning problem on the Audiovox unit is a slipping clutch on the tuning shaft. The tuning knob goes through a u-joint to a worm gear that meshes with a half-dollar-size gear wheel. That in turn is spring-loaded against a disk on the end of the tuning shaft, with a friction material keeping them spinning in unison. Pushing one of the pushbuttons levers the clutch apart against the spring tension, allowing the radio to swing to the preset station without spinning the tuning knob like crazy. But the friction material on my clutch isn't gripping anymore. Searches online indicate that a scrap of bicycle innertube may be the ticket; I'll report if it works--if and when I get around to messing with it.
