Belt Alignment Problems - Stuck Pump??

So my alternator belt was squealing quite a bit after I reinstalled it (replacing water pump) and at a glance it looks like the pulleys on the alternator and the water pump aren't perfectly lined up. I'm guessing this is an issue with the bushings, so I'm wondering, can I get new bushings generically? Or do I need to order them in the mail? 

 

Trying to get my daily driver back on the road for work.

Edit- As noted in the latest reply, it looks like my brand new water pump is not spinning when I run the car. Why??

I agree the alt. pulley looks to be square to the crank pulley and if it was the bushings it would be tilted in toward the engine

I removed that piece from inside the pulley (seen in bottom of the photo) and it brought them closer together, but still not perfectly aligned. Is there an acceptable level of deviation between the pulleys or am I still in bad shape?

Things seemed to line up better when I removed that piece from inside the pulley. I put on a new belt from O'Reilly's (busted the old one) over the alternator, fan pulley, and crank pulley, and fired up the car. The belt barely fit with my alternator at the lowest point it could go, but it seemed to have a decent amount of flex. 

 

It was squeaking a bit so I gave it some lube, and let it run to test my electric fan. 

 

As the thermostat approaches the red, it starts squeaking terribly, and now smoke seems to be coming from it, probably the belt burning from abrasion. Also now that it's warm, I swear the belt seems to be tighter, but there's nowhere for the alternator to go to to give it any slack. 

 

What am I missing here? Should I find a longer belt?

Ok the last pictures with the belt on is showing bushing wear I would replace them with some poly ones from any of the FAQ vendors the rubber ones just don't last see if that take care of your squealing.

Yes, the final pictures show your alternator is not square with the rest of the engine.  Funny, it didn't look that bad in the previous pictures.

I also notice that your WP pulley is not tucked in close to the WP.  If it's a rebuilt WP, the shaft hub may not have been pressed-on far enough.  The pulley should just about touch the input and output of the WP, but not quite.
