Hi Does anybody have a n Alpina diff cover they would sell me. or one i could borrow to copy, i run a 1600ti in Historic racing and have had many problems with overheating LSD.

Why not use a electric pump and a cooler?  Way less expensive than the Alpina cover and 3x more effective.  You can plumb it so the return hits right at the Pinion/Crown Wheel contact point.

That's easy- just weld up the diff!  Runs a lot cooler...

I agree with Byron- a pump (it can even run off the diff output flange)

and an external cooler works a lot better.  It also increases the amount

of fluid flailing around in the diff, which helps with the temperature

spikes from launching...

 

Figure $200 for the pump, $100 for the cooler (if you don't have a spare oil cooler around)

and another couple hundred for the plumbing details, and off you go.
