Tons to list, but making really good progress. All rust is gone, all electrical working, power plant and tranny is solid. Now Suspension is underway, wheels and tires are done (BBS RS 8" rears 7" fronts x 15"), and Recaros are upholstered! Getting more and more fun by the day!

Fenders have never been rolled and absolutely zero rubbing. Offset is ET28 and they actually tuck ever so slightly, even when the wife and our two daughters are in the car. I'm pretty happy with the wheels for sure, took some work to get the look vs function right. Can't believe how expensive 15" RMs have gotten, even when you redo them yourself!

Looks great!!  I'm with you on cost of the RSs.  I just finished mine.  I sent the lips and bolts out but did all the rest myself, a time consuming and expensive endeavor but sooo worth it.

Car looks great!

Are there any threads on rebuilding a set of RS? Ive searched but not found a complete write up.

Ive wanted to stick with some 13 basket weaves but I could pick up a set of RS right now for <$500. They need a refinish and wondering if its worth it.

There's a series of three or four videos on YouTube that are decent. Here's the first one;

There are many others. I watched these a couple time before I replaced a barrel on one of my wheels with good results.
