Black.  There is only one.  Everything else is Not Black.

Now white, there are a thousand of those...

As Nick would scream just "Paint it Black". But alas as our friend Lars has let out of the bag. There is more than one Schwartz. Just yesterday he posted about the early flat euro lookin black that I myself has been trying to replicate.

So Lars our fine friend from the homeland. Whats the story on the other Schwartz?

Schwartz-II has blue metal flake in it.

So it's not black.

It DOES look good...

pretty sure it is 086

+1

The standard Schwarz throughout the '02 era was 86 (later show as 086). I don't know how the '02 era Schwarz compares to the later Schwarz versions. And I know nothing of the special Schwarz color that Lars mentioned with respect to the ca. 1975 "Black Series" '02s. But if you have a factory Schwarz '02 -- and it's not the European-only Black Series -- it was originally color code 86.

Regards,

Steve

so true!  the definition of black is no color.  :)

unless it is white.  because the definition of white is all colors.
