Anyone have a nice unrestored '70, '71 or '72 in New England?

I'm starting to understand what it means when people talk about restored cars being restored 'too well' or 'better than stock'.

This chassis is pretty bad. Knowing that most race teams put their factory cars up on jigs because even new cars don't come out of the factory perfectly straight; how do I know what is supposed to be there vs. the 99.9995% that can be blamed on the PO?

For example, the driver's side looks like the photos while the passenger side is perfectly smooth/flush. Looking to do accurate work. Or should I just try to make it perfect knowing I'll make some mistakes (it won't ever be perfect) and don't obsess over it?

I keep looking at the paint drips, that I would obsess over.

OK no more drips. Feel better?

Paint is the least of my problems.
