Great day for a drive today!  saturday...maybe not?

so, I'm thinkin'...

we got the chance,

we otta take it.

these cars can dance,

no need to fake it.

So, c'mon everybody...

won't break it.

let's shake it!

meanwhile...I'm still thinkin'...

if it's a DRIZZLER,

we'll omit it.

dry and sunny?

that'll git it.

(OR,if the forecast gets worse, we can move

it to next saturday, Oct 24th)

the drive is a loop around lake Roesinger,  south thru Monroe, then back

to Snohomish on Highbridge rd.  about a 2hr cruise. if we leave

by 10:00, should be back for lunch by 12:30

Hopefully the rain will hold off till later.

Let's GO

Thank you Anton!

It was great to see a few familiar faces and meet a few new ones.

I had the pleasure of following Andy's beautiful Colorado Ti, which blended nicely with the fall colors; as did Zack's Yellow car.

I pushed my car harder than ever, trying to keep up with Roadhog0, when we took a second lap after lunch.  Swapped keys with Bento and we discussed the differences/similarities in our cars.

It was a nice end to a day on the other side of Puget Sound, when I was able to drive right onto the ferry, as the last car on a full boat.  All'n'all it was a very good day.

Can't make it too easy for ya to keep up ;)

But yah, fun day! I got back to Ellensburg not too long ago with the car all covered in dirt and more bugs! Was a blast! Here are some of the photos I took.

Thanks Anton! Great drive and the weather held out pretty well for us. It was good to see some familiar faces and to meet some new folks.

Looking forward to the next event.

Thanks for putting this together Anton, it was a fun morning.  Sorry I missed the 2nd round, I had to bail on the turn off to Carnation.

Nice maps by the way!

Yes indeed, it is time.  Anton, your route is great, let's do it again unless you have some other ideas.

Sept. 24 or Oct 1??  Whenever we get a decent weather day.  I'll send an all-hands e-mail to the SIG group as well.

Stu.
