Ways to plug injector holes in 320 heads

Both 320i and 318i heads are the 18i model. I would preferthe one from a 318i has you do not have to weld/epoxy the injector holes.

Machine a proper plug that fits tight, bond it in place + use a set screw, then finish the intake port to be near seamless. Better Reynolds numbers, fer sur !

This was the best way, before the later 1.8i heads came available.

also, I've heard of people using the right size steel ball (from a ball bearing or something) and a bit of JB weld to seal it up.
