electrical gremlin question

Here's a good gremlin -

Last night, when pulling off from a stop the headlights, dashlights, and wipers all turned off. Just for a couple seconds.

After playing around with the problem in front of the house, I found that I could consistently make them all turn off by simply pulling off "vigorously" from a stop. It only happened in first gear.

Any ideas? Its been a while since I drove the car at night, so this could have been a creeping problem.

concentrating on the ones serving the intermittent systems, then replace. It's not a loose battery terminal or plug on the back of the alternator, otherwise you would have lost all electrical power.

Would that be a bad ground at the infamous hazard switch?
