Im aware of the whole grill thing, but is there another reason it wont fit? Im looking at a 1968 1600 with SUNROOF! the nose has been removed but the guy has a replacement panle from a 74. He said he heard that it wont fit for some reason.

Any ideas? I dont care about being "Correct". I am going to do the M20 or possible S52 swap in the future, so I also plan on major body work.

Thanks

Andy

PS you guys arent joking these dumb cars are addicting

His Bacchus 2 is apparently just a bunch of 'spare' parts put together and it happens to be an early car with a late front clip.

Ohwell I atleast it isnt a super.

I think the s52 with OBDI is a great conversion. It wil require a little more modification then the m20, but the power gain ~200hp+ is well worth the work.

Andy

PS just kidding about the fat chick comment, but the super still stands

it should fit on the '68...but you'll also have to fill in those huge holes that the 74's bumper struts pass thru and make new holes for the chrome bumper brackets.
