So it does work like the m42.  Are you adjusting the tune directly? Like to see what you do.

 

From what I read that air temp sensor is part of the calculation to figure mass from volume and the MAF is direct mass so the IAT can mess with things.

Not really.  IAT is needed to adjust ignition advance on very cold inlet air.  Depending on whose MAF is used IAT may be needed also for MAF correction.  Discussed further up in this thread.

A radiator shop is a good place to take a leak.

 

I have no idea what I'm doing but I know I'm really good at it.
