Guest Anonymous October 16, 2003 I just converted my 71 2002 with larger brakes and master cylinder. I got 320 drums and the all bmw tii spindles and 5 series caliper. I put on a tii booster and mc. I bled the brakes for quite a while now and can't get any pressure. I have oem stuff here and I don't see any leaks. Is there something I missed. I just hooked the vaccuum hose from the booster to the manifold. Do I need a 1 way air valve?
Guest Anonymous October 16, 2003 I heard that master cylinders need to be prime. A couple days ago I replaced a master clutch cylinder and couldn't get it going. I remember buying but never using this pressure pump to bleed the brakes (BMP). Use it for the first time in conjunction with a plastic hose that has check valve at the end (Kragens), it worked! Hope this helps Michael
