Rear Drum Shoes

Follow the manual and you should have no problems. Remember to adjust the breaks after you are done replacing them. Two bolts on the back of the back plate and the Parking break adjusters inside the car.

This can also be a good time to bleed the system if you have not done it in the last year.

The new board looks great! I'm going to need to replace my shoes on my drums soon and was thinking about doing it myself. How difficult is it? It looks pretty straight forward from the Haynes manual, but what are your experiences? Cheers, Evan

to put the metal spacer thingey with the spring on it back in the right way or your e-brake will bind. other than that and fighting with the damned spring clip its a piece of cake.
