I've sent both an Email(shortly after the post) and PM(later that evening) with no response.

Same here, twice with an e-mail when the post first hit the site and again yesterday, with no response.

 

It's disconcerting when this happens but there may be extenuating circumstances.  I can't see any other reason for posting an ad and not responding.
