I brought my 215mm flywheel in to be resurfaced today. The shop looked up the specs and said the step should be .011 of an inch. Mccarthy's book says 15 thou. What should I have it cut at?

 

...edit - original post said .110, should have been .011

In my experience, you will be fine at .020.  It's not super- critical, and modern pressure plates have a lot more travel

than the thing they spec'ed in 1966!
