That is NOT cracked. The water outlet is a separate piece from the intake manifold and that stud, washer and nut fits through a half moon shaped hole in each one and holds them both down at the same time.

It really does not look all that bad depending on how long it has been since the last time you cleaned the engine.  Do a really good job of cleaning it then go for a short drive and figure out where it is coming from.  The upper timing cover is a very common place for a leak, most people forget to send the cover with the head when they have work done and if the machine shop surfaces the head you wind up with a step where the valve cover meets the head and cover.
