Finally got the car into a running state.. YAY! But ran into a couple problems first one... my 74 did require a power wire from #12 fuse to the + side of the coil (as all emissions crap is gone) and the second one I need a bit of help with.. I'm getting WAAAAYYYY too much fuel. Car will barely fire it's dumping so much in and I've fouled the plugs twice and don't feel like washing out my rings now as well. What needs be adjusted on the 32/36 to stop this? or is it something else? Carbs aren't my Forte!

If I remember it right, take the carb. top off. Float will come out attached to the top carb. Use caliper to measure the 'close' and 'open' positions from its base to the end (or begining?) of the float. Adjust the float length according to dimensions (research for dimensions.) by bending the 'hinge' slightly. As the top is off, you can make sure that the the float needle valve is not stuck. Jim
