I guess what they say is true, you are likely to own more than one in your lifetime once you've caught the bug. Man this car has crawled under my skin! It has been about 18 months since I've driven mine, and I honestly miss it a lot! I can't wait to drive it again once it is finished. For the last week I've been looking for cheap decent running 02's that need adoption just to fill the void.

How many of you have owned more than one at a time? Who is in Tucson and wants to take me for a drive so I can get my 02 fix :(post-41320-13875850663714_thumb.jpg

I've owned two since 1978...from '78 to '85 they were his and hers; wife bought a Buick so I kept "hers" and had both all to myself!

If you're going to lay a car up for six months, a year, two years, doing a restoration, you NEED a running one to remind you why the hell you're going to all that effort!

I agree! It's going to be so worth it in the end when I can say I installed every bolt and had hands on every detail of the car. 100% hand built! I can't wait to get it back off of the rack. I've accelerated my completion date, hoping to have the car driving around by June
