Contemplating Selling My 75 02

A great place to "accept reasonable offers" without assigning a price would be an auction site such as ebay. This is a classified section - price your stuff. You know what you have in it. You know what you need out of it. Put down a price and see what happens. If you HONESTLY don't know what it's worth - stick it on ebay. Don't make it hard on a potential buyer by making him or her guess your price.

dont do it man

I know i shouldn't but between, looking for a job and planning a career move next year and studying for my CPA exams it's one less thing to think about, and my problem is I just can't sit and look at it unfinished.

+1

you have taken it so far and done all the hard stuff.  all you have is three easy jobs left.  maybe two weekends if you go slow.  you don't even need a rear seat.  just do the "rear seat delete" carpet mod.

finish it and drive!   :)

Marshal I agree, all the hard stuff is already done, but unfortunately I'm at the point where I can't see the light at the end of the tunnel with this one. I know I will regret it if it does in fact sell.

^thank u

if you sell this car you will have a big hole in your "sweet spot" 4 ever

MOE DONT SELL IT

SELL THE OTHER ONE that we talked about at the socalvintage

I tried selling the 323i but honestly I drive it everyday and it makes a solid daily, The main thing preventing me from selling the 323 is the fact that It is such a great car and it's not everyday that I will have a chance to buy a 323i, or at least at the price I got this one for.

Thank you Steve, Happy new year to you and your family, It hurts to have to do this after all the wait and so far not a whole lot of people lining up to buy so it seems I'll get to enjoy it for a little while :)

BMW Neue Klasse - a birth of a Sports Sedan

Unveiling of the Neue Klasse Unveiled in 1961, BMW 1500 sedan was a revolutionary concept at the outset of the '60s. No tail fins or chrome fountains. Instead, what you got was understated and elegant, in a modern sense, exciting to drive as nearly any sports car, and yet still comfortable for four.   The elegant little sedan was an instant sensation. In the 1500, BMW not only found the long-term solution to its dire business straits but, more importantly, created an entirely new

History of the BMW 2002 and the 02 Series

In 1966, BMW was practically unknown in the US unless you were a touring motorcycle enthusiast or had seen an Isetta given away on a quiz show.  BMW’s sales in the US that year were just 1253 cars.  Then BMW 1600-2 came to America’s shores, tripling US sales to 4564 the following year, boosted by favorable articles in the Buff Books. Car and Driver called it “the best $2500 sedan anywhere.”  Road & Track’s road test was equally enthusiastic.  Then, BMW took a cue from American manufacturers,

    The BMW 2002 Production Run

BMW 02 series are like the original Volkswagen Beetles in one way (besides both being German classic cars)—throughout their long production, they all essentially look alike—at least to the uninitiated:  small, boxy, rear-wheel drive, two-door sedan.  Aficionados know better.   Not only were there three other body styles—none, unfortunately, exported to the US—but there were some significant visual and mechanical changes over their eleven-year production run.   I’ve extracted t
