Those are great pics.  Wheels come available (farily regularly actually), though the aren't cheap, usually about $500 or so a corner.  Back in those days they were all run flat base so there is no provision for using a tire machine to install/remove rubber.  Essentially the wheel is assembled around the tire - time consuming and tricky (definitely not a "pep boys" job).  The guy that does mine charges me $75 corner and balances.  I have seen them mount one, what a bear of a job.
