I got a call from a friend that told me there was a E21 at the pick'n'pull with a M10 in it and that it had some goodies.  I went and had a look and found a bunch of things on it.   Being new to the 2002 world I'm still trying to figure out compatibilities of some of the parts. So I have some questions. 

 

It had a ceramic coated header on it, long tube but I could see any markings on it.  Could anybody I.D it?  Do headers for E21's fit 2002's?

 

It has a Distributor #0 231 170 214 w/petronix in it. I assume the advance curve would be different? Would this be better or worse for my car?  What is the difference?  How do I find out curves of the different dist?

I currently have the original 0 231 180 003 distributor in my 1972 car.  

 

Will E21 seats fit in an 02? or do bases have to be modified?

 

I appreciate any input.
