I purchased a set of Wheels on ebay for the tidy sum of $10.50 Euros. Seller then came back to me and told me he would sell them for $700 euros with shipping.

Thinking this is all very amusing I told him where to go. Now ebay sends me this gem from the "loss prevention department"

You must file that form or he'll write ebay saying you have no intention on participating in ebay transactions.. you will have to submit the correct form to ebay or they will think you just ignored them..
