According to Wikipedia, a Kugel is...a baked Ashkenazi Jewish pudding or casserole, similar to a pie, most commonly made from egg noodles (Lokshen kugel) or potatoes, though at times made of zucchini, apples, spinach, broccoli, cranberry, or sweet potato. It is usually served as a side dish on Shabbat and Yom Tov.

You're gonna confuse a lotta folks...just like my "NO 02" plate did successively on my E21, two Honda CRXs and an eta E30...("ya mean it doesn't need oxygen?" or "Ya got nitrous in that thang?")

Mike, my last name is, after all, "Siegel." Any confusion is totally and completely intentional. :^)

I like it! I prefer vanity plates that are clever as opposed to '2002', or 'My BMW'... Yeah, yeah we know what it is.

I almost bought an Inka and I was going to get it a vanity plate of 'RNGUGLD' or "Orange you glad... I didn't say banana" because that's a horrible joke and I liked the idea of people groaning when they got it.

And Kugel is awesome, my wife made it for me on our third date!

Hmm.  I have always thought about vanity plates, but haven't done it.  I like the "kugel" thing because it isn't obvious but those "in the know" would get it.  Of course "kugel" has the double meaning, so many clever points there.

Ohio actually changed their plate design recently to something much cleaner and nicer looking, so I might get new ones.  Which means...maybe I do the vanity plate, too.

How about:

go fisch

kfishfun

go kfish

PL o4

I dunno.  Something like that.  If anyone has ideas, throw them out there.

I was going to run HUFNAWS as I was looking to run nitrous on my m20, now with the Holset waiting patiently I think it's going to be either EGOKILR, AMGEATR, or NICETRY

BMW Neue Klasse - a birth of a Sports Sedan

Unveiling of the Neue Klasse Unveiled in 1961, BMW 1500 sedan was a revolutionary concept at the outset of the '60s. No tail fins or chrome fountains. Instead, what you got was understated and elegant, in a modern sense, exciting to drive as nearly any sports car, and yet still comfortable for four.   The elegant little sedan was an instant sensation. In the 1500, BMW not only found the long-term solution to its dire business straits but, more importantly, created an entirely new

History of the BMW 2002 and the 02 Series

In 1966, BMW was practically unknown in the US unless you were a touring motorcycle enthusiast or had seen an Isetta given away on a quiz show.  BMW’s sales in the US that year were just 1253 cars.  Then BMW 1600-2 came to America’s shores, tripling US sales to 4564 the following year, boosted by favorable articles in the Buff Books. Car and Driver called it “the best $2500 sedan anywhere.”  Road & Track’s road test was equally enthusiastic.  Then, BMW took a cue from American manufacturers,

    The BMW 2002 Production Run

BMW 02 series are like the original Volkswagen Beetles in one way (besides both being German classic cars)—throughout their long production, they all essentially look alike—at least to the uninitiated:  small, boxy, rear-wheel drive, two-door sedan.  Aficionados know better.   Not only were there three other body styles—none, unfortunately, exported to the US—but there were some significant visual and mechanical changes over their eleven-year production run.   I’ve extracted t
