Anyone here know of a tried good door card replacement ?

I also need to redo the panels, mine has the chrome strips (yellow arrow), and I also need that chrome strip that rides on the window sill. (red arrow)

I used the aardvark replacements last year and was very happy with them. I also popped for their replacement Mylar silver strips (like $18 IIRC) but could never get them to stick. I eventually just painted the silver trim with chrome paint and I'm very happy with the result. I still have some of the unused Mylar strips along with instructions if anyone wants to give it a try. Just email me at jdaniels AT uga DOT edu and I'll send them along for cost of postage.

If your original cards are ratty but essentially mostly there, remove the vinyl, use the cards for a pattern and cut some 1/8 inch plywood to fit. Then glue or staple the vinyl back on.

Reflective mylar tape is available and you can use a straight edge and utility knife to cut it to any ghetto width you want.

Geez that was simple, and you can take all the credit yourself, I don't mind.
