Smashed 1972 3.0 Csl Restoration

CSL's Garage from Budapest Hungary is a friend of Baurspotting from Facebook.  They are repairing an E9 CSL that was hit while stopped by a car travelling an estimated 50 mph.  Please check out their repair/restoration project at the website below.  You won't believe it! Amazing craftsmanship!  Here are a few pics from that site to whet your appetite!

Miklós Mészáros of CSL's Garage has sent me some updated info today (May 20, 2013). Thank you Miklos!  

 

The owner of the car is John Furley of the UK.  He had the car transported about 2000km from England (where the accident occurred) to CSL's Garage in Budapest, Hungary.
