Gas Pedal Dimensions.

Hello everyone. I bought a '76 o2. The car didn't have a pedal for the gas. It's usable, but I need a real one so I can match rpm's better while down shifting. So I was wondering, can anybody give me some basic dimensions of the pedal so I can make one that fits pretty well?

Thanks in advance.

Zack.

If you don't mind waiting a couple of weeks, you can buy one of my pedal kits that completely replace the hellish OEM pedal for a proper pedal that is hinged and bolted to the ground, rides on a bearing for extremely smooth movement (seriously, it's like having your toe on the carb. butterflies), and is a steal at only $60+ shipping.

I plan on cutting my own design into the pedal, I work at a steel mill. I saw your thread, and depending in how mine turns out, I may still pick that up, it looks slick. But at the moment I'm broke, so I'd like to mock something up out of some scrap pieces.

Thanks for the heads up on you're kit.

Zack.
