Turbo Intake / Exhaust Manifolds;

Most guys are running the early e30 318i intake manifolds. they are aluminum and can handle just about as much boost as you can throw at them. you will run into head stud/ head gasket issues long before the intake manifolds let go. 


exhaust headers are all over the place. a lot of custom work, since the ebay turbo headers for our cars don't really fit all too well. another option is the factory turbo header, or a log type header. please try a search. plenty of info on this topic all over the web... people have been turbocharging the m10 since it was first designed over 40 years ago
