It needs a set of license plates and a current registration. Then it may be worth $200, maybe $300. What's there is totally worthless, all legal concerns aside.

And to post it on Craigslist? The seller must be under the influence of something else illegal. Or he may be hoping for a fool to take the bait.

If it was a Tii, Ti, Turbo or documented Alpina it might be worth the effort, RISK, cost etc but to go through all that for a bog standard 2002 you have to be kidding!

I wonder if the title is real or a fake. It's not even a US VIN. You could pay this guy $1,100 and end up with nothing. Total scam.
