Yes to both and the second one is called a bump stop.

It's my understanding that your Item #1 (P/N 11310631110) is NLA, but check w/ Blunt - he may have a source. On my rebuilt engine I believe that wave washers (spring washers) were used under each bolt.

And, #17, the bump stop is not used if you have Bilstein shocks. Check the Site Search function (upper right on each page of this forum) for info on this part. There is a bunch.

Thanks, so much to learn. Some great Bilstein bump stop threads. I know all about the search function and use it all the time, but in my defence I would have never known to do that search without your tip. I am new to this, so i only learned what a bump stop is and does a few nights ago. That being said, I am using hd's so thanks.
