E-Brake tube

We have an impossibly jammed ebrake cable situation and I need the right side tube. Complete, or just up to the tunnel passage under the lever.

With a recent similar situation the cable was cut from inside the car and removed. Remaining lower section then came out also.

Took a clothes hanger (the old style) and made a snake type of tool.

Installed the "tool" on a portable drill and cleared the blockage so that the new cable slipped in fine. If if the tube is severly blocked use of some kind of rust penetrant overnight should help clear things out.
