E21 Window Regulators for 2002?

Really need to replace the drivers side window regulator. Before bucking up and buying the new part from Blunt, would an e21 regulator work in the 2002? I'd imagine this would be a pretty easy part to find at a pick n' pull and much cheaper than buying the 02 part new. Are these one of the parts that go both ways? Or am I an idiot and e21s came with power windows and I should just leave now.
