Have anyone overall and added extra support to the rear sub frame?

the rear subframe is already "boxed". do you mean the trailing arms? boxed like tii trailing arms come stock?

I have overalls.

I used to laugh at people for doing this. (boxing, not the overalls)

Then I put some load on a standard trailing arm,

and it's remarkably flexy.

I use 320 trailing arms on the race car- they're pretty stout.

They made a noticable difference over stock- on a race car.

But it's quite a bit of work to adapt them to a stock 2002.

There are a number of threads about this in the 'a long- time- ago- verse'

With pictures.

But I too sucq at searching effectively.

Couple things already noted I want to emphasize.

Use a JIG! nothing is more frustrating than trying to put on warped trailing arms. Also leave gaps at the ends for draining.
