Hi everyone,

Its been a while since I post on this forum. We have been working feverishly to complete the s14 swap into my 2000NK.

I attach a few pictures now and more later today. The car sits REALLY low. I have to get higher profile tires on it, but it flies and is a blast to drive.

I will take it out for spin and post a video I think.

Maybe some of you remember this car form "BAT" it was the "rally Inspired" car.

Specs on the car:

WIllwood front calipers and rotors (MONSTER BRAKES)

Rear disc brakes (5 series)

brake balance valve

5 speed OD

BMW S14 MPOWER engine

276/284 cams

2.3L

45mm ITBs

motec m84 ECU

Distributorless sequencial fire ignition (no wasted spark)

ALPHA N CF intake

210 RWHP

4.10 Side loader LSD diff

SS custom header and full SS exhaust

Cobra adjustable Coilovers all the way around

Minilite wheels 15x7j on 190/50 kumho tires (not my favorite)(Tom Jones tells me they are not minilites, but I cant remember what he called them... I think they look good!)

Five speaker Ipod/Iphone ready ALPINE Stereo system (So my wife is happy when we drive to meets)

Items to do:

Four Gauge pod center console (refurbing original setup)

Cold air induction setup

Taller profile tires

remove window tint

DRIVE IT!!!

We had the car weighed wet and it came in at 2258lbs.

We could lighten it a bit more, but for a neue klasse it's pretty light even with the additional weight of the s14 and 5 speed.

Congrats on getting it on the road Rey!

I can't wait to run with it on the back roads at some point in time.

And thanks again for helping with some bits for my car!

See ya in a few weeks, Jim H.

Mike,

Yes .. with the "Massive" Wilwood brake setup we purchased from Lee we don't need a booster. The big brake setup increased braking power a tremendous amount. The car stops better even with the additional RWHP from this engine.
