Help identifying a Schrick cam

Yes, I have done a search. None of the results helped as mine has different numbers. I was told this was a 304

You can also measure the lobes (lobe height minus the base circle) and that should be able to confirm.

There's a pretty simple way to tell if it's a Shrick 304. Try to insert the cam into a bare unmodified head. If it goes through the initial bearing journal only to hang up on the center journal it's a 304. A 292 won't require modifying the head to clear the center bearing journal and the bigger cams such as the 316 and 336 won't clear the first journal without boring them out several mm larger.
