Also has a seal on the inside of it.. a little rubber O ring that seals the strut shaft that moves up and down... the strut cartridge rides encased in the strut tube... keeps dirt out.. party on..

the polished part of the bilstein when it clings to the oil around the seal... I guess I just don't want coilovers.

Dats what you get dem funky dusty boots... for... keeps em dirt particluar matter out of dem struts... but I see what yer sayin ;) anyway party on man

I got mine rebuilt 3 years ago, and again they're starting to knock around done there. Cant use the stoc=k bilstein boot. doesn't fit at the top with the coil over plate. No clue what to do, but I'm getting tired of it. If you have any suggestions let me know.
