elecgrolosis-Steel shorty header with stainless downpipe?

am I risking causing electrolosis by mating a IE short header (ceramicly painted) to a stainless steel downpipe? I haven't found any non-stainless downpipes.

metals, and they won't be bathed in salt water or even much fresh water.

You have problems when ferrous and non-ferrous metals touch (i.e. aluminum wheels clamped to cast iron brake drums or hubs/rotors).

or even better, with steel bands cast INTO aluminum drums

(Al-Fin drums, common in the 50's and 60's.)

Electrolysis is usually only a big problem when there's something

to act as an electrolyte between the metals- like water in copper and iron plumbing.

Not so much in an exhaust that's mostly dry.
