need to buy a header, anyone know this company?

No offense intended but the weirdest part of this whole thing is that you're buying a header for an automatic car. What do you expect it'll do? Do you really expect "performance" out of it? Just be happy it goes forward and reverse at this point and save your money.

I am planning in desmogging my car, and one thing I would like to replace and I think it call .. "egr/thermal reactor", so my option are Tii or IE or the one on ebay

Ah, that makes sense. In that case a stock manifold would be fine too (if you can find a decent one cheaper) but the IE header will also fit the bill and it's indeed quite cheap. The factory part is higher-quality (and cast iron, so less engine bay heat and more durability and less noise) but the IE stuff will work, just be sure to put a heat shield gasket (I recommend the E21 exhaust gasket, it's better than the 02 ones and it includes a shield for your plug wires/boots!)

One more thing, I'd order new exhaust studs and copper nuts and buy some loc-tite (the red kind, high temperature oil seal). You should replace all 12 studs and nuts when you do this swap, the copper nuts are not intended to be reused (typically) and the studs may be too long on the old part, plus it's a good time to put nice new ones since the old part heat cycled like crazy. You can get those on autohausaz or mesa performance or whereever. At the very least you should use all new copper nuts but I do recommend replacing the studs (yours may be leaking oil by now anyway).

If you haven't done the studs before, you need to use the two-nut trick to pull the stud, put a little ring of loc-tite on the new stud (on the side that goes into the head), then use the two-nut trick to install the new stud. Then put the E30 gasket/shield on, then the header, then all new copper nuts.
