rare tii prototype USA edition?

BMW must have been experimenting with red, white and blue tii's back in the 70's. "ALL ORIGINAL....ORIGINAL CAR"

I forget....is rust coming out of the tailpipe normal or original?

Might have to go see this one....not sure what the price is.

ALL ORIGINALThis early BMW 2002Tii was sold new in 1973 at Vasek Polak BMW and is a 2-owner black plate car. It has lived its entire life in Southern California and recently came out of extended storage. Ready for restoration. this little rally racer is ready for the enthusiast. It is available in Santa Monica, California for $9,500

new pics on the posting. Looks like the tranny and radiator are missing. This looks more like a $1500 tii than a $9500. Notice the original mismatched wheels from that period.
