Can you get it commercially? My body shop guy is recommending spray in cosmoline.

I am using Eastwood rust converter in all the nooks... I have lots of rust

WE got this stuff because cosmoline is a big, big mess..... the back of the can says

the warnings all over the can seem like this stuff will kill u quick,so i didnot spray it on anything but metal.(smudge marks on can so if i misspelled any contents sorry, I have to dig the case out later)
