Seattle: Good places to clean an engine block

Before I get my engine bored and put back together I was hoping that I could get it professionaly cleaned. I remember hearing something about "hot tanking" or something like that. I want to get it looking new. And after pulling off the freez plugs and looking inside I can see that there is no way that I can do that myself. Anyone have any advice for me? Any experience with good places would be much appreciated
