Guest Anonymous
My floor is mostly cleaned up now. The drain plugs look great, so I plan to use seam sealer inside and out, followed by POR-15 inside and Wurth SKS outside. I'd rather not pay $30 for a quart of Wurth's if I'm only going over the drain plugs. This isn't a full repaint; I just cleaned up the floor to have some rust patched up. Since I think this is about the most body work I'll ever do myself, does someone in Seattle have a little bit of left-over Wurth's? Also, what should I do to the existing paint/undercoat under the car to prep it? Just wash and degrease? Any other feedback is also appreciated, of course... Thanks, Damon
Guest Anonymous
a nice fresh coat too. Mask off the front struts and pull the rear shocks. A ultra-cheepo Harbor Freight undercoating gun works very well for applying SKS. Cheers! John N
