Question for the 1600 early 02 (adj clutch release) folks..

Which way do you adjust the pushrod to eliminate grinding gears when engaging? It acts like it's not fully disengaging but there seems to be the correct amount of free play. This incidentally is on a hydraulically activated 02 clutch with an adjustable pushrod--early cars were adjustable--and I know the hydraulics are good (nearly new, properly bled)

I'm thinking your pressure plate springs. They can get messed up pretty easy and it will feel like you are getting the right travel/good clutch feel, but you really aren't disengaging.
